PURCHASE & ORDER

How do I make a purchase? 

Just click on the product image to open up additional information about it. Then select your size and colors (if available) and click on the 'ADD TO CART’ button to proceed with the check-out. You can still continue browsing the online store or directly go to the cart in the top right corner to review and amend the contents of your cart or to complete your order. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by PayPal and by the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and Amex. 

Is it safe to use my credit card online at your store?

We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems.

Do I need an account to place an order online?

No, you don’t need to set up an account to place an order. However, having an account will enable you to store your details and shipping information in order to help you make next purchases easier and quicker. 

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking the button ‘SIGN IN’ on the top right corner of the Home Page and then click on ‘SIGN UP’. Fill out the form and confirm your information. Alternatively, you can decide to save your data in the customer information form when checking out.

Is my personal information kept private?

We consider the information you share with us to be totally private and confidential. For this reason, we will not share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.

How do I withdraw my consent for being contacted?

If after you opt-in you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at sales@wildyogi.com.au or mailing us at:

How do I know if the item will fit me?

There is a size guide with every item and, in addition, we provide details of the model wearing each product so that you can have a better idea of the product fit.

Simply click on the ‘SIZE GUIDE' link which you will find on every product page.

As our garments are made with organic cotton, please consider about 2 cm shrinkage in length when washed for the first time.

When purchasing a unisex muscle tank, please consider that the sizes are expressed in MALE sizing. So, if this item is purchased for a woman, please order a smaller size. For example, if you're a woman wearing a M size, you need to order a "S", and so on.

What if an item is out of stock?

All items are subject to availability. When an item is not available, you will be informed immediately when trying to make a purchase (in this case the item will be displayed as “SOLD OUT”). If by any chance you’re able to make an order but the item is still not available, we will contact you by email or phone. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority. 

How will I know if you have received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received (please always check in the junk mail folder as with some email provider emails can be catalogued as spam).

After your credit card details have been approved and the delivery address has been verified, your order will be accepted and the item(s) shipped. Should any of the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable you will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock piece(s).

Can you provide me with an Invoice for Tax Purposes?

Yes. You will get an invoice within your parcel. If you need an electronic copy, please contact us via email at sales@wildyogi.com.au stating all your order details.

RETAIL, WHOLESALE & YOGA STUDIOS

I’m a retailer / wholesaler / yoga studio interested in selling your products. How does it work?

Please send an email to sales@wildyogi.com.au with your business details (name, address, nature of your business, whether you are an online retailer or not, contact number, email and website). We will be then in touch with you with all the information you need to place an order with us.

SHIPPING

When will I receive my item(s)?

In-stock item(s) are shipped within 3 business days from the customer receiving the Order Confirmation via email.

After the payment has been received and shipping details checked, we will ship your item(s) and you will receive your item(s) according to your residential area. The usual timeframe for domestic shipping is between 1-3 business days, however for some areas it might take longer.

    Please consider that any orders received after 2.00 pm will only be processed on the following business day and that orders will not be processed on weekends and public holidays.

    How does international shipping work?

    New Zealand shipping has a flat rate of AU$ 11.99.

    Other international shippings have a flat fee of AU$ 24.99.

    Expected delivery depends from Country to Country.

    Please be aware that orders to Countries outside Australia may be subjected to import duties or tax, which are applied when your package reaches your Country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of this is necessary to release your order from your customs. 

    Wild Yogi Australia is not responsible for any of these costs and will never provide refund for shipping expenses from Australia to the destination Country and from the destination Country back to Australia. 

    Can I track my order online?

    Yes. Once your item(s) has been shipped, you will get a confirmation email about your shipping with a tracking number.

    For international shipping, tracking may not be available (it varies from Country to Country).

    Do I have to sign for delivery?

    Yes, we do require a signature for delivery.

    What if I am not at home? 

    The Courier will retry to deliver the parcel the day after OR leave you a card with the instructions to pick your item(s) at the closest collection point. 

    What happens if I notice that my personal details are incorrect after I have completed the ordering process?

    Please email us at sales@wildyogi.com.au, ensuring you include your order/invoice number. We can not guarantee that we will be able to rectify the issue. However, we can assure you that we will do all we can to amend your order.  

    Please consider that Wild Yogi Australia is not responsible for replacing packages sent to erroneous or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.

    What happens if I place a large order (more than 5 items)?

    Large orders might be subject to additional charge. In this case you will be contacted by our team to discuss the delivery further.

    What happens if my package gets lost or damaged?

    We are not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered / dropped at your location. This applies to both domestic and international orders. However, in case of lost items, we will do our best to get a solution from the courier.

    RETURNS & REFUND 

    How and when do I receive a refund or an exchange?

    Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of our shipment date. Before you return something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item.

    The product(s) you return must be in NEW, UNUSED, UNWASHED and UNWORN conditions with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached.

    Please note that we are unable to process any exchange or return on items that were not bought from our online store.

    Is the return FREE of charge?

    When an item is:

    • defective
    • damaged
    • or when the item you received is different from the one you actually ordered

    we will gladly take care of the shipping cost connected with the return/refund or exchange of the item(s).

    However, returns related to changes of mind and exchanges in style, size and color that are connected only with your personal liking or choice (and so that are NOT considered our own mistakes) are possible but you will have to take care of any shipping costs connected to return or exchange your item(s). In this case, exchange or refund is possible only if the item(s) are in stock. If not, you’ll be contacted to find the best solution.

    How do I claim a return / refund / exchange? 

    In order to proceed with a return/refund or exchange, please contact us first at sales@wildyogi.com.au and describe us the nature of your return / refund / exchange.

    Then, please fill out our return form and mail it with your item(s) and a proof of purchase (i.e. confirmation order) to the address below:

    When the cost of the shipping is on us you will receive mailing instructions.

    When you are responsible for the shipping costs, you should also consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    How does a return/ refund /exchange work? 

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow up to 10 days from the date of your refund approval.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Can I return a sale item?

    Sorry, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
